• Customization: Customizations such as sleeve addition, blouse design changes, and size adjustments are available on request. Additional charges may apply.
• Order Processing: All orders are made-to-order. Processing time is approximately 15–25 working days.
• Shipping: Domestic and international shipping available. Shipping charges will be calculated separately once the outfit is ready.
• Payment Policy: Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the order. COD is not available.
• Returns & Exchanges: As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Care Instructions: Dry clean only to maintain fabric quality and embroidery work.

We do not accept returns unless there is damage or a genuine issue with the product, for which proof is required. Additionally, we allow exchanges for unstitched products within 1 week, provided they are in the same new condition as delivered.
