3. Shipping Time and Delivery

a) Estimated delivery time is 22 to 35 Days, calculated from the date of order.

b) Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping partner. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of placing your order.

c) We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• 3 kg – ₹5,250

• 4 kg – ₹5,950

• 5 kg – ₹6,650

• 6 kg – ₹7,250

• 7 kg – ₹7,950

• 8 kg – ₹8,650

• 9 kg – ₹8,950

• 10 kg – ₹9,250

• Above 10 kg – ₹780 per kg

Note: Customs charges are not included and will be charged separately based on the destination country’s import policies.

 We reserve the right to change our shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

a) Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order status in real time.

6. Delivery Issues

a) If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer care team and we will investigate the issue.

b) In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping partner and provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Restrictions

a) We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is located in an area that is not serviced by our shipping partners. b) We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be levied on your order.
